How to Return an Item
Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@christalcosmetics.com. Then, return the item unused and in its original packaging.
Return Policy
- You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original postage fees.
- If your order qualified for free delivery, the actual shipping cost paid by Christal Cosmetics will be deducted from your refund.
- If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs or arrange collection.
Important Information
- Please do not return an item until we have provided return authorisation.
- Ensure your order number is clearly marked on the outer packaging.
- For your protection, use a tracked or recorded service, as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.
