We deliver worldwide and offer a Click & Collect service for customers near our store in South East London.

Order Processing & Dispatch

UK Orders: In-stock items are dispatched within 1-3 working days (sooner when possible).
International Orders: Dispatched within 1-5 working days, depending on location.

Please note that during busy periods, processing times may be longer. Check your email for updates.

Shipping Methods

UK: Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class or a national courier service, depending on order size and value.
International: We use Royal Mail Airmail or international couriers based on order size and destination.

Delivery Times

UK: Allow 2 working days for delivery after dispatch.
Europe: Allow 7 working days before contacting us.
Rest of the World: Allow 14 working days before contacting us.

Courier orders dispatched on Friday may not arrive until Monday.
We cannot control shipping delays once parcels leave our premises,
but we will assist in tracking your order whenever possible.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please:

Check with neighbours, your local sorting office, or post office.
Allow 5 working days for UK First Class and 7 working days for Europe.
International orders may take 21-28 working days, depending on the country.
Contact us if your parcel has not arrived after the specified timeframe.

Small Parcel: 1kg £4.45 | 2kg £6.60
Medium Parcel: 1kg £6.80 | 2kg £10.05 | 5kg £16.95 | 10kg £23.00

Europe & International:

Standard Delivery (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, etc.): £15/30kg
Rest of Europe: £25/30kg
Rest of the World: Shipping is calculated at checkout.
